I am an attorney who specializes in asset protection, estate planning, business planning, probate and tax.  Besides the law degree (JD), I have a Master of Law in Tax (LL.M. in tax), an MBA and I am double board certified in Estate Planning and Probate, and Tax law, by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.  Before I became a lawyer I served in the US Navy as an aircrewman/jet mechanic and I was also a plane captain.  When I finished my service I received an Honorable Discharge and a Cold War Recognition Certificate.  In my life I live by the golden rule (do unto others as you would have them do unto you).   I offer a free estate planning/asset protection/business analysis consultation to all clients as my philosophy is I cannot recommend to you what can be done until I see the problem you have with your assets etc.  I am looking forward to hearing from you and meeting you in person.
