Client Services Assistant

Position Title: Client Services Assistant 
Reports To: Director of Client Services 
Location: On-site 
Status: Part-Time (25 hours)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Client Services Assistant to support daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office and team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, professional, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics.
• Answer and direct phone calls and emails with professionalism.
• Prepare documents, reports, and presentations with high accuracy.
• Maintain filing systems (digital and physical), office supplies, and records.
• Assist in the planning and execution of meetings and events.
• Support department or team projects as needed.
• Occasionally greet visitors.
• Provide general administrative support.

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of administrative or office support experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• High level of professionalism and discretion.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
