Young Professionals: Help! I'm a Manager Now!

The Conroe/Lake Conroe Chamber Young Professionals Network is designed to provide professional development, networking, mentoring, and volunteer opportunities to chamber members under 40 (or those young at heart!).
With programs and events offered every month, you or your staff will grow professionally, make new connections, and give back to our community.
April's professional development panel presentation, "Help! I'm a Manager Now!" will focus on how to navigate new work dynamics when you become someone's manager, how to manage subordinates older than you vs. younger than you, and more.
Panelists include De'Andre Guin, Mark Klaus, Rebecca McDonald, and the discussion will be moderated by chamber president, Scott Harper.
