Sunday Funday Stroll- Tasting Experience

Join us for a Funday Sunday Stroll through Downtown Conroe on Sunday Sept 19 from 2-5pm. There will be a check-in/registration table set up on Simonton for those that paid before the event to pick up wristbands and maps. We will be able to sell tickets during the event also. Each venue will get a stamp to post on the map as attendees go to their location for 2 tastings. When attendees finish their tour of the tastings, they return the maps to the registration table to receive a souvenir wine glass and wine charm made by clients. Each tasting location will highlight one of our 5 programs offered at Bridgewood Farms: Adult Continuing Education, Ceramics/ Creative Arts, Pre- Vocational Training, Health and Physical Education and Horticulture. Clients and their families will be at each venue to inform our Sunday Strollers about all of the fun programs they participate in daily. - Tastings will be at B. E. Winery, The Ferm Meadery, The Corner Pub, 202 Main, The Red Brick Tavern, Bernhardt’s Winery, and Llano Estacado. - Brownlee Jewelers will a silent auction with specially hand-crafted items in their store all made by our Intellectually and Developmentally Disabled Clients. - Branding Iron Custom Goods will have the Wine Pull ($25 each) and possibly Bernhardt Winery sampling. - Main Street Merchants will offer 20% off on all purchases during the event. - Vernele’s New Orleans Bakery and Cafe will host cake-tasting. - 202 Main will have his specialty cocktails at 202Main. - Honor Café will provide appetizers for tasting venues. - Food trucks will be located at Main Street at the Courthouse, down Simonton by the Ferm Meadery, and in the parking lot by 202 Main. Ticket Prices: $50 through Friday Sept. 17th. $60 day of event All proceeds for the event will go back into purchasing supplies and educational items for our programs offered at Bridgewood Farms.
