Lakeside Conroe Ribbon Cutting

My name is Sky and I represent Wan Bridge, a Texas-based builder and operator of residential communities. We wanted to formally invite you to a ribbon cutting ceremony honoring the completion of our model home at our newest community, Lakeside Conroe in Montgomery, TX. The event is scheduled for September 21st from 3-5pm. Come out and enjoy refreshments, light bites, and an afternoon with the new kids on the block. 
 
We are an upscale single family community to lease with professional property management service which even takes care of your yard.  This newest residential community marks our third recent major project announcement alongside Clearwater at Balmoral and Palm Bay Galveston and we continue to gain momentum. The aforementioned communities are both finalists for the Houston Business Journal’s prestigious Landmark Award, recognizing real estate projects that make a significant impact to their local community.
 
In full transparency, we plan on inviting local broadcast media to attend the event as well which will allow for many interview and photo/video opportunities.
