Get Back To Work Day - Montgomery

MONTGOMERY!!! YOU HAVE BLOWN US AWAY!!!  We have far exceeded our volunteer goals for this year!  Wow.

This means:  Our volunteer event day shirts will be on a first come, first served basis!

This is a multi-layered event opportunity for your business!

VOLUNTEER WITH US

Grab your colleagues, your kiddos, your friends, or just YOU!  This will be your favorite serve day all year, we promise!  Sign up to serve using the Register Button and be sure to tell us the name of every volunteer, the campus you choose to serve and the t-shirts sizes.  (Please note we only have adult unisex tees for this event... so order the kids smalls and tie them up if needed)
We will start each campus at 30 slots.  If your desired campus is not available, please contact your PTO president or the Chamber Office and we will advise.
 

USE THE REGISTER BUTTON on this event page to sign up all your volunteers for this event. 
(Please "add additional" for each volunteer so our count is accurate and we have shirt sizes for everyone.)  DO NOT write it in the comments.  Add each additional volunteer including kids using the "add additional" button.

But Wait!  There are more ways to participate!

 

1. STOCK THE WORKROOM!

In addition to the serving, we are giving too!  You can donate Coffee/Tea-related goodies at the Kick Off Rally or in advance of the event.  We will have campus buckets going to each location to stock them up on Coffee/Drink supplies.  Consider: cases/boxes of pods (a variety of flavors), individual serving size creamers, sugars, sweeteners, syrups, etc.  Or for the non-coffee drinkers, you can include tea bags or other fun drink ideas. 

You can:
Bring 1 of whatever you are donating and just place it in YOUR campus bucket... OR...
Bring 12 of whatever you are donating if you want it to go to each campus!

You can also consider cups, stirs, and other items for the workroom! 



 

2. STOCK THE RESOURCE CENTER!

If you have school supplies or food pantry items you would like to donate to the MISD Resource Center, you can bring them to the Kick Off Rally and leave them with us at the Resource Center Drop off Station.  We will make sure they are delivered!

We are looking for businesses to partner with us to help get our teachers back in their classrooms and ready for opening day of school!  All partners at every level will receive recognition at this event and it is with your partnerships that we are able to serve our community in this way!  We are #BetterTogether!  Logos are included on our Event Day t-shirt according to the appropriate the level.
