SVN | J. Beard Real Estate – Greater Houston has recently completed the sale of 22 acres in The Woodlands, Texas, at 1939-1941 Sawdust Rd., between Grogan’s Point Rd. and Sawmill Rd., for an undisclosed price.
 
Jeff Beard, CCIM, Managing Director, along with Brittany Jameson, both of SVN | J. Beard Real Estate – Greater Houston, represented the seller, Morris Monroe. JP Hayes with Urban Co. Real Estate represented the buyer, an affiliate of Marquette Properties, in the transaction. The property will be utilized for a future high density residential development.
