An Open Letter to the Conroe/Lake Conroe Chamber of Commerce Membership

Since last week’s emergency health declaration in Montgomery County, the Chamber has been diligently providing news, updates, information and resources through our website at www.conroe.org/coronavirus as well as social media platforms, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter to members and non-members regarding the COVID-19 health emergency.

As you know, we are a facing an ongoing, fluid situation, but wanted you to know that we are here to help.  Conroe is still very much open for business, and the Chamber is here to support the Conroe business community including providing information to help reduce the risk to the public and helping businesses identify and locate resources to help keep their doors open.

Let us hear from you…how can we help?  Tell us what you’re doing to keep moving forward and let us share your stories with the rest of the membership.  Connecting people in these challenging times has never been more important…sharing information can make the difference between keeping a business’ doors open or shutting them.

Over the next several weeks, we’ll be providing twice a week updates, including videos, documents and information that we’ve received to keep you “in the know.”  Conversely, we will aggressively work to eliminate rumors while at the same time pass along potential scammers that could impact your businesses and employees even more than already.  Not sure about what you’re hearing?  Give us a call or send us an email at info@conroe.org.

Thank you for your membership support of the Chamber.  Now, more than ever, we appreciate what you’re doing for the Conroe/Lake Conroe area.

Thank you,
Brian Bondy, IOM
