Ms. Sherry Chaney Morgan

I'm a Conroe native and mother of two daughters, Zoë and Sadie. I worked for then Play in Conroe from 2012-2017 as a Tourism Coordinator, specializing in marketing and social media. In 2017, I accepted the position of Executive Director of Visit Nacogdoches in East Texas where I led an award-winning team among Convention and Visitor Bureaus in Texas. My return to Conroe was unexpected but the opportunity to return to the community that raised me as well as be nearer to my family was too good to pass up. My focus is to continue the good work done by past leadership while re-establishing hospitality and historic storytelling for visitors to Conroe.
