Over 40 years experience in marketing and business development with Fortune 100 companies, federal agencies and small independent organizations. Mark received a BA in Management in 1990 and an MBA in 1993 from California State University, San Bernardino. In May of 2001, Mark founded Chickatay Inc. ( www.chickatay.com ) to administer the Army Dental Services Contract ( CONUS ) on behalf of the Chickasaw Nation of Ada, Oklahoma. Prior to Chickatay Inc., Mark was employed by Shell Oil Company at its Houston headquarters in various HR, public relations and marketing roles. In the fall of 2007, Mark and Chickatay Inc. acquired a 1/3 equity position in US Aviation Group to enhance the company’s labor relations, customer acquisition, marketing, community affairs and business development capabilities.
