Taylor is passionate, motivated, and creative with working experience across disciplines, in and outside the HVAC trade. He pairs a proven business acumen with a sincere admiration for our staff to progress our company and lead our teams in service excellence. In his spare time, Taylor enjoys spending time with his family, and beating the Texas heat on the open water with his brother. In service to our community, you’ll find Taylor volunteering his time in hospitals and institutions.

Carl started the business in 2006 with a vision to help others with quality work, great customer service and fair pricing. Each year the company has grown through word of mouth because of his continued commitment to doing his best. We thank him for his service in the US Army. During his time in the Army he found his soul mate. They have been together for 22 years raising their family. In his free time he loves the outdoors, camping, riding his motorcycle and spending time with his family.

Joe Schweikhardt

Joe is the oldest son of Carl and Heidi, the owners of Carl's Quality Cooling and Heating, and grew up in the HVAC industry. He officially started right out of high school in 2015 and his previous roles include lead technician, commercial estimator, and service manager. Joe is very thorough and always ensures the job is done with high quality. Joe enjoys spending time with his wife, Rebecca, and their sons Odin and Callen. He also enjoys Star Wars, watching movies and being outside.
