Montgomery County Day at the Capitol
We would invite you along with other representatives of the business community to travel to Austin to meet with our elected officials during the 84th Legislative Session. We are encouraging attendance at this educational and fun event so that we as a Chamber of Commerce can be the VOICE of the business community.
One-Day Package = $65 per person

- Bus transportation with refreshments to Capitol
- An overview of state issues
- Legislative Luncheon with our state legislators at the historic Saengerrunde Hall
- Delegation visits with members of the Texas House of Representatives and Texas Senate
- Two hours of flexible time in the afternoon to observe House and Senate committee hearings or floor debate, meet with representatives of key agencies or tour the majestic Capitol
Sponsorship Package: $500
- Four (4) event tickets for bus transportation and Legislative Luncheon with our state legislators at historic Saengeerunde Halle
- Publicity in the Chamber FYI newsletter, Chamber website, Chamber Facebook, Eblasts about the event and on all printed materials for the day of the event
- Recognition at the Luncheon and on all Conroe/Lake Conroe Chamber of Commerce tables
