Lunch and Learn Workshop
Communication Styles – Winning Conversations!
Psychological studies going back over a hundred years have confirmed over and over again that people have different personality traits and communication styles. Without having to learn the complex theory behind personality traits there is a shortcut to learning about the key differences in communication styles. Learning these is easy and intuitive meaning that you can apply this information immediately. The result: conversations become easier and getting people to understand you becomes more effective. That means you can build relationships faster, develop more business opportunities and close more sales.
This fun workshop will cover the four main communication styles and engage the whole audience so that we can learn how all four styles actually communicate during the workshop.
In this session you will learn:
- The four key communication styles
- How to understand and leverage your communication strengths
- How to modify your own style to communicate with styles different from your own
The learning outcomes for this workshop are improved communications, better listening skills, stronger business relationships and more closed sales!
